Initial Consultation

From the moment you step into our office we want you to feel welcome and like the VIP you are! You will be greeted by our staff and taken back to start gathering some information.

Your first visit with Dr. Chauncey will involve a complimentary consultation. In order for him to make an accurate diagnosis and come up with the best possible plan for you, some initial photos and x-rays will be taken.

Dr. Chauncey will then perform a thorough exam and will go through his findings personally with you. He really works to make sure he explains things in an easy to understand manner and welcomes any questions you may have. He will then let you know if orthodontic treatment is recommended and, if it is, what your options are. We will also go over the financial options that are available to you including any applicable insurance coverage. We do accept most insurances. Everyone deserves a beautiful smile so we try our best to accommodate all our patients.

Many times, if you would like to proceed with treatment, we can start that same day! Whether that involves continuing with more records for clear aligners or even putting braces on that day! Every patient is different but this is an option for many people.

Our goal is to make this and every visit as comfortable as possible for you. When you come to Chauncey Orthodontics, you are joining our family and we make sure to treat you that way!
